Scope of calculations

The calculator adds minutes from entered shifts, subtracts the unpaid breaks you choose, and applies the threshold and overtime options you select. The gross-pay estimate omits taxes, deductions, bonuses, multiple rates, leave, employer policies and other factors. It does not decide which law applies or whether a worker is exempt.

Your records and exports

Check entries against original punches, schedules and pay statements. Copies, CSV files and printouts are created on your device and are not official employer records. Keep original records for any payroll or wage dispute. You may use the site for lawful personal or business reference, but you are responsible for verifying consequential decisions.

Availability and outside sources

We may correct, change or temporarily suspend the site. External sources, including government pages, are provided as references and are controlled by their publishers. No guarantee is made about uninterrupted availability, legal accuracy for every jurisdiction, a search ranking or advertising approval.
